HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER
Each individual participant (or authorized adult if minor) must read and sign this release of liability prior to participating. Form must be completed in its entirety.
In order to participate with the ROCKIN ROLLING CAR 360 activity I, the undersigned, agree and acknowledge that there is risk of injury from these activities, and or from the equipment involved. I assume all such risk, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for the participation and safety of named players. I have read and understand the rules, including all safety related rules, and agree to fully comply with all rules and regulations during participation.
I, for myself, on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin hereby release and hold harness, ROCKIN ROLLING CAR 360, their officers, officials, agents, or employees, from any, and all liability from injury, disability, death, loss or damage to personal property. I acknowledge understand and agree that I have read this release of liability and assume all risk associated with participating and that I sign this release of liability voluntarily, and without inducement
MINOR AGE PARTICIPANTS ( UNDER AGE 18 )
All participants under the age of 18 at the time of the event must have a parent, guardian or responsible adult sign below. I hereby certify that I am the parent, guardian or adult with legal responsibility for the above-named participants and agree to his/her participation and release and hold harmless ROCKIN ROLLING CAR 360, their officers, officials, agents or employees from any and all liability for his/her injury, disability, death, loss, or damage to personal property. I acknowledge that I have read this release of liability in its entirety and assume all risk for the above-named minors and sign this release voluntarily, and without inducement .

Rockin Rolling Car 360 Official Policies/Waiver
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received. NO REFUND in the event of reservation being cancelled within 10 days of your event. Cancellations with at least 15 days’ notice, we will make every effort to postpone or reschedule your event, with no penalty; for another date should rescheduling be necessary.
FINAL PAYMENT : Final payment may be made at any time before the date of your event. Final payment must be received on the date of your event upon Rockin Rolling Car 360s arrival (if not paid prior). If final payment is not received upon arrival, you understand and agree that your booking will be cancelled, and Rockin Rolling Car 360 reserves the right to charge an additional travel fee of $25.00. You further understand and agree you will refrain from any chargebacks, credit card disputes, and/or refunds after deposit and/or final payment has been received.
TIPS:
The Rolling Car 360 Attendant(s) is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE :
Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from Detroit, MI. Service areas outside our primary area could be serviced (depending on distance) and a fuel surcharge fee may be added to travel to the secondary area.
BAD WEATHER :
There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated severe weather) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN :
Rockin Rolling Coaster does require a parent or responsible adult to ride with children under 10 years of age at the time of the event. The parent or responsible adult must ride with the child under 10 years for the duration of the ride.
DAMAGE/INJURY :
Rockin Rolling Car 360 or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to any property resulting from a request by the client and/or its guest for loss of control of rolling Car 360. Additionally, Rockin Rolling Car 360 reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the Car 360(s) or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Rockin Rolling Car 360 or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. FOOD/DRINK :
Rockin Rolling Car 360 does not allow any food or drinks inside the rolling Car 360s at any time. Please have your guests consume them outside of the rolling Car 360s before riding.
PICTURES :
While your party is in effect the Rolling attendants will be taking pictures of the party of the rolling Car 360s. You will then be able to view these pictures on Rockin Roller Car 360 Facebook Fan Page. If you do not want our Rolling attendants taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page, please notify us via email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their guests’ experience on the rolling Car 360s.
OUR TRUCK/TRAILER :
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Rockin Rolling Car 360 driver will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is long and we will need space to park. Additionally, our Rockin Rolling Car 360 driver will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface.
